• We accept M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

4. Delivery

Delivery is available within Kenya. Delivery charges and timeframes vary based on location and order size. We will notify you of estimated delivery times at checkout.

• Delivery within Nairobi: 1-3 business days
• Delivery outside Nairobi: 3-7 business days
• Bulk orders may require additional time
• Customer must be available to receive delivery

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Custom-mixed colors cannot be returned
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

Apollo Paints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
